Withdrawal timing: A provisionally unfunded ticket becomes eligible for withdrawal on the later of its maturity date or 10 full days after its full payment is confirmed. For split payments, the 10 days start with the final confirmation. Each linked top-up has its own funding and maturity dates. This is the earliest request date, not a promise that payment will arrive that day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear guidance about creating orders, Pay Now, matching, USDT-BEP20 payments, proof, compounding, withdrawals and account safety.

No. You can register, create an order ticket, select Pay Now and fund the order without saving a receiving wallet in RWK. A valid approved USDT-BEP20 receiving address is required only when you request a withdrawal or payout.

Register or sign in, open Create Order, choose an eligible USD amount and submit it. This creates an unallocated ticket whose 40% monthly projection begins immediately. The projection is unfunded and cannot be withdrawn until complete payment is confirmed.

A member may create up to two qualifying order tickets in a rolling 30-day period. Only the member’s non-cancelled tickets created under the current limit policy are counted. Payment allocations and confirmations are not separate orders. Cancelled unpaid tickets and grandfathered legacy records do not use a slot. The Create Order page lists the ticket numbers currently being counted.

Open Orders in your member account, find the unpaid order and select Cancel Order. An order can be cancelled only before protected payment evidence or confirmed funding exists. Cancelled orders remain safely recorded in history but do not clutter the active-order view or use an order slot.

Open Orders and select Ready to Pay only when you can complete the payment. Then keep checking Payments for your matched allocation, exact amount and approved recipient details. Complete every allocation and submit the transaction hash or approved alternative proof. Never send money before an official allocation appears inside your signed-in RWK account.

Pay Now first asks the system to match your order with eligible recipients. If a match is available, payment instructions appear under Payments. If no safe match is available yet, the order remains queued and you should check Payments again later or contact support. Do not send money without an allocation displayed in your account.

Allow up to 72 hours for the system to find an eligible recipient under normal operating conditions. Keep checking Payments for the allocation. Matching may happen sooner, but never send money until the recipient, exact amount and official payment reference appear inside your signed-in RWK account.

Open Payments in your member account. Your active allocation shows the recipient’s name, approved payment destination, exact amount, payment reference and deadline. Use only the details displayed for that allocation and contact Support if any information is missing or unclear.

Awaiting Payment means an allocation exists and the payer must follow the displayed instructions. Waiting for a match means the order is safely queued until an eligible recipient becomes available. The ticket may show an unfunded projection, but funded growth and withdrawal eligibility activate only after the complete order payment is confirmed.

The normal payment window is up to 72 hours. Use the exact expiry date and countdown shown under Payments because Admin may adjust the operating window. Submit the transaction hash or approved alternative proof before that deadline. If an unpaid allocation expires, select Ready to Pay again for the remaining amount.

You do not lose the unpaid portion of your payout. When the allocation expires or is safely released, that amount returns to the matching queue and the system can allocate another eligible payer. Proof-submitted, disputed and confirmed payments remain protected and are not automatically replaced.

A BEP20 wallet is a crypto wallet or exchange account that supports USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Use a reputable provider available in your country, complete its identity checks, enable BNB Smart Chain, and copy the USDT deposit address marked BEP20. Never choose ERC20, TRC20 or another network for an RWK BEP20 allocation.

In your wallet or exchange, buy or deposit USDT, choose Withdraw or Send, select BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), paste the complete address shown by RWK and enter the exact allocation amount. Compare the address again before confirming. Some wallets require a small amount of BNB for the network fee. Start only when you understand the steps or ask support for guidance.

After sending USDT, open the completed transfer in your wallet or exchange and look for Transaction hash, TxID, Transaction ID or View on BscScan. Copy the complete value, normally beginning with 0x and containing 66 characters, then paste it into the RWK payment form. A wallet address, order number or reference is not a transaction hash.

Select “I cannot find the transaction hash”, upload a clear exchange receipt and add the transfer reference or note. The recipient must confirm that the funds arrived. When both sides provide the required confirmation, the system can complete the eligible no-hash payment flow. Contact support if the status does not update.

Open Orders to see whether the order is still awaiting funding or is fully funded and growing. Open Payments for the status of each individual allocation. The order activates only after all required allocations are confirmed; a proof upload by itself does not mean the payment has been confirmed.

The proof should clearly show the transfer status, exact amount, date and time, sender or reference, recipient details and network where available. Do not upload passwords, seed phrases, private keys, one-time PINs or unrelated personal documents.

RWK order allocations are displayed and settled in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), unless the authenticated payment page explicitly provides another approved method. Do not arrange a bank payment privately or accept changed instructions through social media. Contact RWK Support before paying if anything is unclear.

The order projection starts from the ticket creation time and compounds after each completed 30-day cycle. Before full payment it is clearly marked as an unfunded projection and cannot be withdrawn. After every allocation is confirmed, the order becomes funded without resetting the original ticket date, so its accrued completed-cycle projection is retained.

After each complete 30-day cycle, the configured monthly growth percentage is applied to that order’s previous cycle value. The new value becomes the starting value for the next cycle. The live figure is a projection during an incomplete cycle; a cycle value becomes confirmed only when the full cycle is completed.

The configured early-payment bonus applies to the first cycle only when the entire order is confirmed within five days of the ticket being created. It is not added merely for clicking Pay Now, and it does not repeat every month.

Your order remains an unfunded ticket with a projection; it does not become funded automatically. Select Ready to Pay when you can complete payment, then follow the allocation shown under Payments. If you receive an allocation but do not pay before its displayed deadline, that allocation expires. Unfunded projected growth is not withdrawable, and the early-payment bonus is lost after the five-day qualification window.

The order becomes funded while keeping its original ticket-creation growth date. Withdrawal eligibility is the later of maturity or 10 full days after full payment is confirmed. For split payments, the clock starts with the final confirmation. Each linked top-up has its own funding and maturity dates. You must still submit a withdrawal request; value is not automatically paid into your available wallet balance.

The 50% first-cycle projection consists of the standard 40% growth plus the one-time 10% early-payment bonus, provided the complete order was confirmed within five days. It becomes eligible only after the first full 30-day cycle is completed. You must then request a withdrawal and wait for payout matching and confirmation.

You may request a withdrawal only after maturity AND 10 full days after full-funding confirmation. The withdrawable amount is based on the last fully completed cycle; a projection from an unfinished cycle is not withdrawable. The system then matches the payout with available eligible payers.

Yes. A withdrawal must be at least $35 USDT. You may withdraw the complete matured value, or withdraw a portion while leaving at least $35 USDT in the order. The remaining value continues compounding from the last completed-cycle value. Only one withdrawal from that order may be in progress at a time, and another withdrawal becomes available after the remaining value completes its next 30-day cycle.

Allow up to 72 hours under the normal payout-matching target. Matching may happen sooner and depends on compatible members being ready to pay. Keep checking your payout and payment status. A payout remains safely queued if no eligible payer is immediately available.

No. Recruiting is optional and is not required for your own funded order to complete its growth cycles. Referral rewards are separate: for referred members registered from 13 September 2026 at 20:50 SAST, all five levels use the confirmed funded principal at the configured rate. Earlier registrations retain the previous calculation. No historical payments are recalculated. Recruitment incentives and volume targets for the new plan are retired.

Sign in and open your member dashboard or Referrals page. Your confirmed commission or referral bonuses and total team value are shown separately from your personal active orders. Pending, cancelled or unconfirmed activity is not included as confirmed value.

A working cellphone number helps secure your profile and lets matched participants communicate about an active payment allocation. Keep it current in My Profile. Contact details are shown only where needed for the payment workflow and must not be used for unrelated messages.

Never share your password, recovery or seed phrase, private key, one-time PIN or remote access to your phone. RWK Support will never ask for these. Confirm the full wallet address, USDT token, BEP20 network and exact amount before sending. Blockchain transfers normally cannot be reversed.

Use Live Chat on the website, email support@rwkingdom.com or info@rwkingdom.com, or WhatsApp 061 270 3451 (WhatsApp only). For account help, include your name and order or allocation reference, but never send a password, private key or seed phrase.

For referred members registered from 13 September 2026 at 20:50 South African time, each level uses the same confirmed funded principal. The initial rates are 10%, 4%, 3%, 2% and 1%; administrators can update rates for future rewards. Earlier registrations retain their previous calculation. Each funded order is processed once, with no recalculation of historical payments. There are no additional recruitment or volume incentives.

Yes. A provisional order starts displaying projected growth when created. It creates no wallet credit or payout entitlement until every assigned USDT-BEP20 payment is verified and confirmed before the deadline.

RWK peer payments use USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Always confirm the network, complete recipient address and exact amount before sending.

The PH window is the administrator-configured time available to complete an assigned payment. The current default is 48 hours. The exact deadline appears on the payment allocation.

The GH target is the expected period for matching an open payout request. The current default is 72 hours. It is a service target and does not automatically cancel reserved funds.

No. RWK support will never ask for your password, private key, seed phrase or one-time security code.
